www.ledorat.com   This site will tell you (in French) about our 'cité de caractère' of Le Dorat and its Collégiale.

www.ville-limoges.fr   All the information you will need for visiting the lovely city of Limoges (with an English version). Includes details of the enamel and porcelain museums.

www.musee-adriendubouche.fr   Interesting and informative website of the National Porcelain Museum mentioned above.

www.ot-poitiers.fr   A comprehensive guide to Poitiers, the capital of the neighbouring Poitou-Charentes region, again with an (almost) English version.

www.geantsduciel.com   The fabulous bird show set in the medieval castle at Chauvigny (about a 45 minute drive).

www.la-vallee-des-singes.fr   'Singe' is the French word for Monkey. And there are plenty of them here to look at! Again, not far to go.

www.futuroscope.com   The giant high-tech film park, just to the north of Poitiers and easily reachable in a day trip.

www.oradour.org   Oradour-sur-Glane, the "Martyred Village" of World War Two, about half an hour's drive from Le Dorat.
